RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS.
At Quintheris, every piece is crafted with precision and care to deliver premium quality. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or lost/stolen packages.
Refunds are only provided in cases where:

You receive an incorrect item or size.

The product arrives damaged.
If your order falls under one of the above categories, please reach out to our support team with clear photos and order details, and we’ll ensure it’s resolved quickly.
Size exchanges are only possible if the requested item is in stock.

Please note:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking and proof of postage, as we won't be responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
*Please note: for hygiene reasons, personal items such as socks, boxers, and beanies are non-returnable.
UNDELIVERABLE OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed, we will issue a refund minus any return shipping or handling fees once the package has been received back at our facility.
If you prefer to have the package reshipped, you will be responsible for covering the new shipping cost.
